For athletes new and experienced in performing the snatch and the clean & jerk, the Olympic Weightlifting Technique Session is a 60-minute session that drills proper technique to establish effective and safe execution of the Olympic lifts. Athletes will have the chance to address bad habits while establishing better ones towards the development of athletic speed and explosive power. This session is led by USA Weightlifting Level 2 coach, Steve Evans at Training Ground in Bethesda, Maryland.
